WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
We provide workers compensation insurance, in accordance with the State laws, for any employee who is injured on the premises, or, while conducting business for Computer Pros On Call.
We contribute to the State Unemployment Compensation Insurance fund for all of our employees. This provides emergency income during periods of unemployment for qualified individuals.
We do provide some assistance to employee medical expenses.
Computer Pros On Call offers a 401k Plan as a benefit for those full-time employees that have successfully completed their training and introductory period.
Computer Pros On Call does recognize the following Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Thanksgiving Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
When a holiday falls on a non-workday (Saturday or Sunday), an additional vacation day - or floater day - will be given in each event, as per management’s discretion.
Employees will be paid eight (8) hours per holiday.
Paid holidays, PTO and Sick Time do not count toward determining overtime pay.

Computer Pros On Call recognizes the need for employees to have a flexible system for the use of PTO for scheduled time not worked, such as vacation, sick days, and appointments, therefore we offer a competive program to our employees.
